DPH-260 High-speed Automatic Blister Packing Machine is a Hi-tech blister packing equipment which has gained two advanced patented technologies It has been rewarded as the provincial scientific and technological achievement product. Its punch frequency is as high as 60-160 times/minute, thus gains a high productive capacity. With higher efficiency and lower cost, this machine provides a new choice for medicine packing in pharmaceutical industry.
Feature

A.With PLC programmable controller, stepless frequency inverter, man-machine interface, it obtains a high automation.

B.With flat plate positive pressure blow and low temperature for forming (120ºC), it obtains an elegant and solid blister hardness. The net vein sealing roller improved the sealing speed greatly.

C.Scrap has been reduced greatly by the adoption of cross punching device. Packing materials can be saved more than RMB 150,000 per set annually.

4.Forming and punching frequency has been greatly improved by using shift gears to meet the production requirements of various blister pack sizes. (Such as forming 3 pieces in vertical version, the ratio of forming times and cutting times is 1:3; if for 4 pieces, the ratio of forming times and cutting times is 1:4.

2. The shaper is more stable and the structure is more reasonable
The double-cam tension and compression structure is adopted, and the upper and lower molds are pressed smoothly to avoid the air leakage caused by the side deflection of the top compression structure.
The cam curve designed by our company adopts a special high-term curve, which is stable, impact free and low noise during operation. (Archimedes curve, cosine curve and other low term curves are generally used in China, and the impact noise is high during operation.)
 

3. The mold is light and durable, and the debugging operation is simple
The upper and lower molds of the mold are made of imported special hard aviation aluminum, which has the following characteristics: high heat transfer efficiency, fast cooling speed, and good bubble finish. Lightweight and durable, greatly improving packaging production efficiency.
The design of quick loading and unloading is adopted, and the mold change is convenient and fast.
The mold assembly does not need mechanical adjustment. It is simple and fast to click on the touch screen or select the original stored product number. The operator is not required to have high operation skills (especially applicable to female operators).

5. One machine for two purposes
This equipment can be used for one machine and two purposes, i.e. aluminum plastic and aluminum (duralumin), only one set of mold can be replaced, which greatly saves time and space and directly improves production efficiency.
 

6. High-speed vibrating feeder
The blanking rate reaches 99.999%, and each material tube can reach 500-600 particles/minute, basically without manual replenishment.
Simple debugging, convenient operation, adjustable type, without wrench, can directly adjust the blanking plate by hand to align the bubble.
