Working principle of filling and sealing machine
1, Working principle
Place the hose to be produced neatly on the pipe bucket, and insert it into the cup holder (positioning mold) automatically through the automatic tube loading device. The cup holder rotates with the rotary table and stays at different stations. Pour the paste that needs to be filled into a sealed conical bucket, and accurately and automatically inject it into the hose that intermittently stays on the filling station through a plunger type quantitative filling valve directly connected to the bucket. The rotary table continues to rotate, quickly bringing the hose that has been filled with the paste to different end sealing stations, and the robot at each station immediately seals the end of the pipe. By adjusting the capacity adjustment table, different filling capacities can be obtained. By replacing different manipulators, the end of the hose can be thermally fused, pressed, and sealed. After the end sealing is completed, the typing code manipulator automatically prints the production date, production batch number, and other characters on the end of the tube. After the automatic tube exit structure, the finished tube is automatically sent into the tube container.
Reasonable structural design

Automatic feeding of tubes, automatic positioning of tube color code, filling, tail sealing, batch printing, and finished product exit are all implemented in a sequential design, with all actions completed synchronously.
